Robert has over 20 years of senior level human service experience in fundraising, capacity building, community engagement and relationship management. Robert currently serves on the board of Community Shares and Voices for Justice. A native of North Carolina, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina A&T State University; a Certificate of Advanced Study in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola College in Maryland; a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University; and a Master of Divinity degree from Howard University School of Divinity, with a concentration in Systematic Theology as well as Religious and Nonprofit Organizational Administration and Strategic Leadership.

Tiffany, originally from Washington, DC , graduated with a BSW from Bowie State University. She served as founding Program Director of the Positive Parenting Program for the Family Tree of Maryland for nearly 8 years and has held various senior level social services positions working with at risk families and has 15 years of experience working with low-income families.

Melissa, originally from Chicago, holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies and Women's Studies from the University of Iowa. Melissa serves in many capacities at her local church and loves being a wife and mother.
Originally from Aurora, CO, Lindsey attended North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, and received a BA in Criminal Justice. After a year of service through the Urban Servant Corps, Michael joined Hope Again as a case manager.
